We intentionally incorporate ingredients that improve application, create a beautiful sensory experience and deeply nourish our skin, the largest organ of our body.
MUNA draws from the ancestral wisdom of the natural world and the practices our ancestors have returned to time and time again: fats, plants, touch and tending.
OUR FOUNDER
MUNA began with a simple belief: to bring ancestral skincare to women, children and families in a way that brings beauty, peace and harmony into our lives without compromising our toxin load.
Milo began by hand-rendering tallow in small batches in her mum’s kitchen. Today, MUNA is an exploration of ritual, beauty, nourishment and our relationship with the natural world.
We believe the best medicine is often the medicine growing around us. This is true local skincare.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to utilise the medicine around us and support local growers and farmers.
We work with locally sourced and organically grown ingredients, ethically harvested plants, and suppliers who care for the land they work with.
We want to create skincare from what is available here, keeping our ingredients as close to home as we can.
